This is a really good example of macro photography. I really like how this picture captures the sparks in the lighter, just before it ignites. I really like how you can see the scratches on the lighter casing, also how the flint wheel is slightly blurred around the edge because of the shutter speed.

In these photo's I was exploring taking pictures with the macro lens. For this i decided to link the images into my art project I was working on which was something to do with emotions. So therefor i decided to take pictures of the eyes/eyebrows which can really show emotion, its also too show how much detail, texture, colour and lightness/darkness it shows and brings out.
